Built for Student Leaders

A Structured, High-Impact Experience Focused On Student Leader Growth

As a sponsor or activities director, you want more than motivation for your student leaders — you want practical leadership development that translates directly to campus results.

This immersive overnight workshop is designed specifically for key student leaders (executive board, class presidents, vice presidents, etc), giving them the tools, structure, and leadership framework needed to:

  • Build cohesive executive teams

  • Plan and execute meaningful, well-organized events

  • Delegate effectively

  • Strengthen accountability

  • Measure impact throughout the year

Students return with a clear action plan — not just inspiration.
