The Experience
Pre-Workshops
Our team provides you with a comprehensive logistics guide and virtual support to help you set up Breaking Down the Walls to maximize impact.
Assembly and Training
In the morning, your school has the option to introduce Breaking Down the Walls through an in-person school wide assembly or pre-recorded message. In the afternoon, your facilitator will train student leaders who will help facilitate the Breaking Down the Walls experience.
Workshop Days
Your school will experience 2-4 Breaking Down the Walls workshops. Each workshop serves up to 175 students in grades 9-12 along with 25 student leaders and a minimum of 4 staff.
Post-Workshops
Our team will send you follow-up activities with your pre-workshop logistics and your facilitator will coach your leaders on action they can take to continue to create moments that give campus momentum.
This program creates a safe environment for students to build empathy and understanding through our “play, trust, learn” model. By first helping students laugh together, they start to trust one another, and eventually want to learn from those outside their normal friend group. The assembly, training, and workshops leave everyone with the realization we are truly BETTER TOGETHER!
