Michele’s passion for teaching and training developed early in her life while involved in competitive sports. This set her up for a 16 year career as a teacher, coach, camp administrator, leadership teacher, student activities director and martial arts school owner and instructor.

Michele has dedicated her life to helping the children, teens and adults she works with achieve personal success. She spent 10 years as the Director of Student Activities at Bishop Gorman High School where she enhanced the campus culture to be more connected and inclusive, developed student leadership programs and cultivated a dynamic student culture. She has trained in martial arts since 2006 and spent the past 16 years committed to personal training and growth. She has spent that time as a lead instruction, demo team member, self defense program coordinator, community service project leader and leadership program developer.

She currently runs one of the most impactful martial arts schools in her community and is working with schools all over the country to make a more specific impact for their teen culture. This includes programs that provide group and one on one community building and coaching to teens and young adults who are ready to take action and develop the habits that will lead them to success.

Michele is a native of Las Vegas, graduating from Bishop Gorman High School. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno and then her Masters in Communication from UNLV.
